RSD/CRPS 4 a Cure

Sometimes these words are the least comforting words one can give. At the same time though it shows that they are trying to be supportive and positive. I have heard multiple times from people with RSD “they just don’t get it everyone says it is gonna be ok and it won’t. They don’t get it” whenever we do that we are pushing them away. Sometimes we need to cry but other times we need to say your right it will be. I can do this and I will allow you to help me in the process. Try to be patient and brave. The last one is my favorite… Knowing you will be okay. Isn’t that the best feeling.
